Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products, chips and snack items cannot be returned once delivered.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
