Jackfruit chips are one of Kerala's most loved seasonal snacks, made when the jackfruit is just ripe enough to slice and fry. Ours are crisp and golden with a gentle natural sweetness, so they pair as well with black coffee as they do with chai. A 150g pack has about 12 servings.
