What are Nendran banana chips?
Nendran is a large, firm Kerala banana variety. Authentic Kerala banana chips (ethakka upperi or kaya chips) are traditionally made only from Nendran bananas, which give a thicker, crunchier chip than ordinary bananas.

How long do they stay fresh?
Unopened, they are best before 6 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, keep them in an airtight container and enjoy within a few days for the best crunch.
